Let your Facility Manager focus on your operations while we take care of
that much needed improvement. MOTA has the experience and capability to
provide your Facility Manager with everything they need:

Planning stage consulting - MOTA will provide on site evaluation of facility, to
include waste stream, processing needs, finish product expectations, ability to
recycle, disposal options and site conditions. Our goal in this process is to
recommend the most cost efficient and effective solution to our clients needs.

Construction design and plans - Based upon the client's decisions made
during the planning stage, MOTA will generate all required plans and
specifications needed to complete the project.

City and county submittals for approval /permits - MOTA will generate
and submit all documentation required to obtain the required approvals and
building permits.

Installation and construction management - MOTA will schedule all materials
and labor to execute the construction plans and provide onsite daily
supervision of all projects.

Client participation in production schedule meetings - MOTA's Project
Manager will consult with clients designated representative to coordinate all
production schedules throughout the term of the project.

Custom work schedules to limit interruptions of your operation - MOTA's
Project Manager will create all schedules with the goal of limited interruptions
to the client's day-to-day operations based solely upon the client's needs, to
include night and weekend production hours if required.

Daily/ weekly/ monthly production updates - MOTA's on-site superintendent
will provide client with regular production updates customized to the clients
needs.

Orientation & employee training - MOTA will provide equipment specific
experts to perform on site training for client’s employees.

Maintenance schedule and programs available - MOTA offers complete
monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance programs to include equipment
inspections and service, replenishment of consumable supplies, replacement
of wear-items, and equipment cleaning. This service is quoted separately from
the turnkey construction package.
